
What you need:
- Packet of pre-rolled puff pastry
- 125g Cows & Co Creamy Brie – thinly sliced, then cut into small squares
- Approx. 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
- Herb of choice to dress (we used mint, but basil would work really well too)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Unroll the sheet of pastry and cut into 25mm squares (use a ruler if you would like the size of your bites to be uniform)
Put the pastry squares onto a lightly floured baking tray and bake in the oven for approximately 12 minutes until risen & golden
Remove from the oven, top each puff with a slice of cheese and a blob of jam
Pop back into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted
Remove from oven & transfer to serving dish. Top each puff with a sprig of herb of your choice
