We are looking for a hard working individual to join a fast growing and successful business, where the staff prides themselves in pushing the business forward with their work ethic and determination. You need to be physically fit as there is a lot of manual work in hand made cheese. Duties will include all aspects of hand-made cheese production.

Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm)

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

  •  Hands on Cheese-making (The full process)
  • Learning our unique traditional recipes
  •  Cutting and preparation of the cheese
  •  Wrapping and Bagging of the cheese
  •  Assisting in putting up orders for customers
  •  Fulfilling Internet orders
  •  Potential for selling cheese at shows

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • All training will be given/provided
  • But having any food qualifications like hygiene level 2 would be helpful

Qualifications required

GCSES English and Maths or equivalent are desirable however not essential as Functional Skills are offered as part of the Apprenticeship Framework.
