What You Need:
1 x Cows & Co creamy brie
2 x cloves garlic – finely sliced
1 x sprig of rosemary – split into small tufts, discarding the main woody stalk
Half a sliced fresh red chilli, or alternatively dried chilli flakes (to taste)
Use a knife to pierce the brie in several places, and stud with the garlic, chilli & rosemary
Pop the brie into a brie baker, on a baking sheet. Cook for approximately 20-30 mins at 180C/350F/ Gas mark 4 on the middle shelf of the oven, until cheese is bubbling.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the baked brie. Serve with warm flatbreads for dunking, perhaps a little salad and a glass of wine – yum!
