What You Need:

6 generous sized figs – stalks trimmed off
60g Cows & Co Creamy Brie , cut into small cubes
Handful of walnuts roughly chopped
2 tablespoons runny honey
3 sprigs of thyme – leaves only




  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Put figs onto a non-stick baking sheet
  • Cut a cross into the top of each fig, cutting about 2/3rds through.  Gently pull the fig open, ensuring fruit remains intact at the bottom
  • Pop a few cubes of cubes of cheese into each fig
  • Sprinkle with walnuts, seasoning & thyme
  • Drizzle over honey then pop in the oven for approximately 5 minutes, until the figs soften & the cheese is gooey
  • Drizzle over extra honey to taste and serve
