Easy to make, simple and delicious
What You Need:
– 400g Smoked Brie
– 400g Pasta of your choice (we used Tagliatelle)
– 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
– 2 Cloves Garlic
– Salt & Black Cracked Pepper to taste
What To Do:
Dice onion and garlic finely.
Melt a knob of butter and fry off gently with herbs of your choice (thyme works well).
Add pancetta cubes or good old smoked bacon, fry off until slightly coloured.
Add Smoked Brie (rind removed).
Stirring continuously, if needed add a good splash of cream.
Choose a pasta of your choice, cook until there is still a bite.
Drain well and add to creamy pancetta and brie mix.
Coat all the pasta with the sauce.
