Very tasty, everyone will love this!

What You Need:
– 200g Vintage Cheddar

– 8 Slices Serrano Ham
– 10 Sundried Tomatoes
– 5 Eggs
– Splash Milk
– Pinch Salt
– Pinch Cracked Black Pepper

What To Do:
Heat knob of butter in pan.
Pour milk and egg mixture into pan. Pull mixture from edges.
When nearly set, sprinkle with vintage cheese. Place on tomatoes and sprinkle with ham pieces.
Pop in oven 200°C / Gas mark 6 for 5-10 mins until cheese is melted and bubbly.
